Grandstream has expanded their large VoIP catalog once again with the release of the GDS3710 IP Video Door System. This is an easy to manage surveillance solution that integrates with your IP communications and features a powerful 1080p video resolution! Grandstream also released the GWN 7000 Enterprise Multi-WAN VPN Router is a features-rich powerful tool for any business and can be shared across one or many different physical locations!   Another new product released by Grandstream is the GWN7600 WiFi Access Point. The Grandstream GAC2500 – Understanding the LED Indicators

If you haven’t heard about Grandstream’s GAC2500 conference phone, then I would highly recommend taking a look, For those of you who have looked into the GAC2500, or better yet, own a GAC2500 then you know that this conference phone is packed with awesome features, and a very easy to use Android based system. For as many bells and whistles this conference phone has, I’d like to single out three bells in particular, the LED Indicators on top of the conference phone itself. These change color (red and blue), pulse, flash, and can even stay lit depending on what it is trying to tell you. Knowing what is going on with your conference phone can be done from across the room by simply knowing what the indicators are telling you. Let’s take a look at the different signals the LEDs omit so that you can stay on top of your GAC2500. First, let’s go over what your GAC2500 is trying to tell you if you see the color Blue. Grandstream GXP1615: How to Place a Call Using Call History

Time is very valuable thing to all of us. We are constantly looking for ways to save it, and when it comes to work, anything that saves you time is worth doing! One thing we all know is that having a VoIP phone at desk increases productivity and makes your life easier. Some VoIP phones are so feature rich, that we sometimes overlook some of the simple things that can speed up even the smallest of tasks. There is one shortcut that most VoIP phones have that I think is worth mentioning, and that is utilizing the Call History feature on your phone to place calls. This can save you time looking up phone numbers, or even having to dial numbers. Especially when it is a consistent phone number that you are calling. I’m sure there are several scenarios that we can think of where this might come in handy, and I’m sure a lot of you already use this feature on your cell phone.
